Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Burma (Myanmar), and India are among my personal favorites for photography, culture, friends and of course, food. 2010 will bring a new era to my photographic endeavors as I plan to document my photographic efforts with a VIO POV video camera - check back for footage!

 Diving in front of Angkor Wat
Taken several years ago before the onslaught of global tourism with a 'film' camera in front of Angkor Wat, Siem Reap... local children swimming and diving. Many of these kids can speak at least 5 languages at a minimal level beyond simple greetings... what I found amazing is that they could identify what language (I tried a few) I spoke to them in and match it with a greeting and at least another one liner.
